If a repair fails in warranty, we fix it.
No re-diagnosis charge. No fighting over what's covered. Same or better parts. We were the shop that did the work — we own the call.

Warranty
Every covered repair we do is backed by our own written warranty and the Wilkerson family promise. Here's what that actually means.
Written warranty
Covered repairs are backed by our own written warranty. We did the work, so we own it — if something fails inside the term, you're not stranded with paperwork or sent to a stranger.
In writing, before you approve
You get the price and the parts in writing before any billable work begins. The warranty terms come with the invoice — no fine print sprung on you later.
Heavy-duty truck parts
We install heavy-duty truck parts built for the loads these trucks actually carry — and we stand behind the repair we performed.
What's covered
Parts and labor on the repair we performed, when failure is within the term and not caused by abuse, accident, or unrelated repair.
What's not covered
Routine maintenance items, repairs we didn't perform, damage from neglect or accident, and consumables (filters, oil, DEF, brake pads from normal wear).
Transfers with the truck
Coverage is on the repair, not the owner. If you sell the truck during the warranty period, the warranty stays with the truck.
The Wilkerson promise
The written warranty is the floor. The Wilkerson family policy is what we add on top — because most warranty fights come down to who you're talking to.
No re-diagnosis charge. No fighting over what's covered. Same or better parts. We were the shop that did the work — we own the call.
You see the price and the parts before you approve. If we find more during the repair, we stop and call before we keep going. No surprise lines on the invoice.
If something goes sideways and the service writer can't resolve it, you get the general manager directly. No phone tree, no runaround.
The Wilkerson family has been answering this phone for over 20 years. You're not talking to a chain. Your truck's story isn't going to get lost in a CRM.
How to claim
If you're anywhere near Mississippi, call the shop. We'd rather see the truck ourselves than send you to a stranger.
Call (601) 414-0878Even if you're out of state, call us first. We'll talk through what failed, tell you if it's covered, and help you get it sorted — we'd rather make it right than leave you stranded.
A direct line to the general manager is part of the deal. If anything about a covered repair doesn't sit right, the general manager handles your questions and concerns before you pay out of pocket — no phone tree, no runaround.
