Services
Covered from PM to inframe.
Every diesel job we do, in one place. If it's a working diesel truck — tractor unit, dump truck, day cab, box truck, service truck, RV, bus, or diesel pickup — we service it. If you're not sure whether your job is in scope, call and ask. We'll tell you straight.
What we do
Twelve disciplines. One shop.
Click any tile for the full breakdown — what's included, brands we work on, pricing, FAQ. Everything below is done in-house at 7600 US 49 by the same crew that signs the warranty.
Most commonDiesel truck repair
Engines, drivetrain, electrical — diagnosed same day.
Class 7–8 tractors, day cabs, dump trucks, box trucks, diesel pickups, RVs, and buses. Same- or next-day diagnosis on the truck. We tell you what's wrong, we're right, and we own the call.
FeaturedCommercial tires
Big-truck tires in stock. Service, balance, alignment-ready.
Drive, steer, and trailer positions. New and recap. Mount, balance, valve and stem service. Roadside-ready inventory. Bring it in — we'll get you back out.
FeaturedBig-truck parts
Walk-in counter. Will-call. Fleet parts accounts.
Alternators, radiators, sensors, air bags, wheel seals, brakes, filters, big-truck tires, and drivability parts on the shelf. Call ahead, we'll pull it.
FeaturedDEF / After-treatment
Don't run derated. We keep DEF work in-house.
DEF dosing systems, DEF sensors, DEF tanks/lines, SCR catalyst issues, NOx sensors, DPF interaction, related fault-code diagnostics. Most shops in this market send DEF problems out — we don't.

Fleet maintenance
PM programs, priority scheduling, consolidated billing.
Scheduled intervals tied to your engine hours and miles. Priority scheduling, consolidated monthly billing, dedicated point of contact. For owner-operators up to 50-truck fleets.

DOT inspection
Annual + pre-CVSA Roadcheck prep.
Annual DOT inspections in-house. Pre-CVSA Roadcheck prep. We catch the small stuff before a roadside officer does, then write it up cleanly so you've got the paper trail.

DPF cleaning
Cleaning, regen diagnostics, sensor work.
Back-pressure data, sensor diagnostics, full DPF cleaning, and forced regen support. If your truck is derating, the answer is usually here — and it usually isn't a new DPF.

Engine rebuild
In-house overhaul. Cummins, Detroit, CAT, Paccar.
PM to inframe. In-house overhauls on the major engine families. Written estimate before any teardown, written warranty after.

Transmission and Clutch
Diagnostics, service, replacement.
Automatic and manual heavy-duty transmissions, plus clutch service. Fluid, filter, clutch, and rebuild work. We diagnose before we sell parts.

Air brake service
Lines, valves, dryers, foundation brakes.
Full air system service: dryers, valves, lines, chambers, and foundation brake work. Brake adjustments and chamber checks are part of every PM visit by default.

Wheel alignment
Heavy-truck alignment + tire-life-saving setup.
Heavy-truck alignment that pays for itself in tire life. Toe, camber, caster, axle-to-axle squareness. Best done at the same time as new steer tires.

Oil change & PM
Same day. Get back to work the same afternoon.
Manufacturer-interval oil and filter service. Walk-in or scheduled. Fastest path from "due" to "back on the road."
Setting expectations
What we don't do.
Knowing what a shop won't touch saves everyone time. Here's where we stop:
Construction equipment
Excavators, skid steers, dozers — call a heavy-equipment specialist.
Farm tractors
We don't work on ag tractors or implements.
Towing
We can recommend a tow operator, but we don't run a wrecker.
One thing we do offer: daytime roadside tire service and light mechanic work. Call ahead to check availability — 24/7 coverage is growing as we staff up.
Brands we service
If it runs diesel, we've worked on it.
The brands below are just a few of the engines and chassis that roll through our bays — and the Wilkerson team services them all. The list isn't the limit: if it runs on diesel, we service it.
Don't see your brand? Call us — odds are we've already worked on it.
